We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our reputable client’s team in Bodmin. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to advance their career within the motor trade sector.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Providing excellent customer service by accurately advising on vehicle repairs and service requirements
  • Booking service appointments and managing customer insurance claims where applicable
  • Upselling additional services and parts to maximise workshop productivity
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate vehicle service records
  • Liaising effectively between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth communication
Individual requirements:
  • Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and servicing processes is preferred
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
