Join our client's team as an MOT Technician in Weymouth, Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to further their career within a growing national automotive company dedicated to quality service and employee development.

Duties:
  • Conduct MOT testing in compliance with DVSA regulations and standards
  • Carry out general vehicle servicing and repairs, including fitting brakes, exhausts, and other mechanical parts
  • Perform fast fit tyre fitting, including operating and understanding alignment machines
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, to high standards, and in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain professional and neat personal presentation, including wearing the correct company uniform
  • Deliver excellent customer service and liaise effectively with customers
  • Complete any additional reasonable tasks as directed by the management team
Requirements:
  • Valid MOT Licence with current certification
  • Proven experience with mechanical repairs, fast fit work, tyre fitting, exhausts, brakes, suspension, and general servicing
  • Strong customer service skills and professional attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months (age restrictions and points/ offences may impact application)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures
