Our client, a well-established and highly reputable main dealership in Newbury, is actively seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. Duties of the Service Advisor include:
  • Greeting customers and providing a welcoming initial point of contact
  • Booking service appointments and managing the diary efficiently
  • Upselling and promoting additional services in line with customer needs
  • Processing paperwork accurately according to brand and dealership guidelines
  • Maintaining the dealership’s professional image and delivering outstanding customer service
 Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a motor trade environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of automotive service processes and excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Motivated with a desire to grow and enhance their skill set
