- Work with a variety of vehicles, including LCV, hybrid, and electric models
- Adhere to workshop safety standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with a team of technicians, support staff, and administrators
- Complete repairs within given timeframes while maintaining excellent quality standards
- Support insurance and OEM partner requirements, including working on complex and high-profile projects
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Body Repair Technician or similar
- Qualified to C&G, NVQ, IMI, or ATA Level 3 in Panel or Body Repair
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Positive team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
