Pay: £30k Basic - £55k realistic on target earnings
Hours: 45 hours per week including weekend on a rota 

Are you an experienced automotive professional looking for a dynamic leadership role within a reputable dealership? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Transaction Manager to join a well-established car dealership group in Coulsdon, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to step up their career and drive exceptional customer service outcomes.

Duties

  • Facilitate the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and value-added products in compliance with FCA guidelines
  • Support sales executives by providing expert advice to close deals, appraise part exchanges, and guide customers through their purchase journey
  • Lead, ment?r, and develop your team to enhance performance and product knowledge, especially around finance and insurance
  • Manage performance reporting on finance and insurance activities to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to relevant compliance standards and company policies
Candidate spec

  • Proven experience as a Transaction or Business Manager within a franchised automotive dealership, or a high-performing Sales Executive ready to take the next step
  • Strong commercial awareness with knowledge of FCA regulations related to finance and insurance products
  • Organised, confident leader capable of inspiring trust and coaching team members
  • Customer-focused with a keen eye for compliance and delivering excellent customer outcomes
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
