  • Salary: Up to £34,000 basic salary (negotiable depending on experience) with OTE of £40,000.

Our client, a franchise-approved car dealership based in the Gloucester region, is currently looking to recruit a Customer Experience Manager to join their aftersales team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey while driving service department performance.
 
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and responsible for leading the Service Advisor team, you will be a proactive member of the dealership's management team with responsibility for ensuring an efficient and professional service reception operation. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer journey, maximising departmental performance, and maintaining the highest standards of customer care.

As a Customer Experience Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
 
  • Lead, support, and develop the Service Advisor team.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered and maintained.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service reception performance and customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Manage workloads effectively to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Support the Aftersales Manager in achieving departmental objectives and targets.

The successful candidate will have current or recent experience as a Service Manager within a smaller dealership or be an experienced Senior Service Advisor ready to take the next step in their career. You will possess strong leadership and communication skills, a proactive approach to customer service, and the ability to motivate and develop a successful team. A full UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
