- Position: Car Sales Executive
- Location: Dunstable
- Basic Salary: Circa £20,000
- OTE: £40,000 - £50,000+
- Week 1: 6-day working week (1 weekday off)
- Week 2: 5-day working week (1 weekday off + Sunday off)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Sales Executive to join a well-established and successful independent dealership based in the Bedfordshire area.
This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering a high level of service throughout the customer journey. Strong earning potential is available through an uncapped commission structure alongside a consistent flow of enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting customers through the full vehicle purchasing process
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles
- Presenting finance, warranty, and add-on products where appropriate
- Negotiating sales and part exchange agreements
- Delivering excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to handover
- Supporting with vehicle deliveries and general showroom duties
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is essential
- Full UK driving licence required
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a strong desire to maximise earnings
- Professional, organised, and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable using dealership systems and digital tools
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
