- Prepare vehicles meticulously for painting including priming and masking
- Apply paint accurately to achieve high-quality finishes using the latest techniques and materials
- Match colours precisely to original vehicle shades, ensuring a seamless repair
- Use appropriate PPE and RPE for safety compliance at all times
- Inspect and polish finished paint jobs to meet the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to uphold safety and efficiency
- Collaborate effectively within a team to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Support the ongoing development and training of team members related to painting techniques
- Proven experience as a Paint Technician or Vehicle Painter, ideally within an automotive repair or body shop environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle painting with a strong attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of paint processes, colour matching, and finishing techniques
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Committed to maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship
