- Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to handover
- Deliver a complete customer experience, including aftersales support and relationship management
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and dealership KPIs
- Ensure the sales department operates efficiently and professionally
- Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay up to date with industry and legislative developments
- Generate new business opportunities while developing existing customer accounts
- Previous experience in a Truck Sales, Commercial Vehicle Sales, or HGV Sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Ability to motivate and influence customers and colleagues alike
- DAF product knowledge would be advantageous
- HGV Licence beneficial but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
