We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our client’s reputable team in Helston.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times and effectively managing customer expectations
  • Booking in vehicles for service and repairs in a professional manner
  • Upselling additional services and products to maximise workshop profitability
  • Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Managing vehicle and customer documentation accurately
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients
Individual requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong customer focus and a professional approach
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and relevant software
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid UK driving licence
