Our client is seeking a highly skilled Classic Car Workshop Manager to oversee their prestigious workshop located in Hampshire. Duties:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the classic car workshop
  • Supervise a team of eight technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships with a focus on luxury and classic vehicles
  • Develop workshop strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee workshop planning, vehicle diagnostics, and repairs
  • Contribute to the ongoing success and reputation of the workshop within the classic car sector
Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience within the classic car industry
  • Proven track record managing a workshop, ideally within luxury marques such as Aston Martin, Porsche, Jaguar, or similar
  • Exceptional customer service skills with experience working directly with clients
  • Strong English communication, both written and verbal; strategic thinking skills are essential
  • Ability to adapt and implement innovative workshop solutions
  • Experience leading a team in a hands-on, classic vehicle environment
  • Passionate about classic cars and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
