Are you an experienced and motivated Service Advisor seeking a rewarding opportunity in Farnham, Surrey? A reputable automotive dealership is looking to expand its team with a skilled Service Advisor. This role offers excellent earning potential, career development prospects, and a supportive working environment. It’s an ideal chance to utilise your customer service expertise within a busy dealership that values its staff.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary DOE within the range of £26,000 to £32,000
  • Potential to earn an OTE of approximately £36,000 including bonuses
  • Negotiable bonus structure based on performance
  • Fixed monthly bonus of £200 and additional bonuses of £30 per service plan sold
  • Monthly bonus averaging around £400 dependent on customer volume
  • Five-day working week with Saturdays off, standard hours 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Engaging workload, handling 15 to 20 customers daily
Duties:
  • Book and manage vehicle servicing appointments for customers
  • Understand customer needs and communicate repair estimates effectively
  • Upsell additional services and products to maximise workshop efficiency
  • Liaise between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Handle warranty invoicing submissions and approvals accurately
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service histories
  • Provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role or similar within the automotive sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to manage a high-flow customer environment of 15 to 20 per day
  • Knowledge of automotive servicing and workshop operations
  • Full UK driving licence
