Are you an experienced service advisor or a confident newcomer to the role looking for your next step? We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a busy, well-run workshop in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a role that supports progression, strong customer service, and smooth day-to-day service department operations.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary from £28089
  • Monday to Friday working hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Saturday mornings on a rota, 8.30am to 1.00pm

Duties:
  • Greeting customers and managing service bookings from start to finish
  • Advising customers on recommended work, timescales and service options
  • Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure jobs are booked in accurately and progressed efficiently
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
  • Raising invoices and ensuring job cards and paperwork are completed correctly
  • Monitoring service department workflow to help achieve productivity and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar service advisor role within a main dealer or independent garage
  • A confident, customer-focused communication style
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail when handling job details and service documentation
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn, grow and progress
  • Right now, we are looking for someone fairly new to the trade who wants to develop into a long-term career path as a Service Advisor
