Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day aftersales operations, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
  • Manage and develop the service team to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure service department standards are maintained across process, quality, and communication
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to strengthen retention and brand trust
  • Support continuous improvement to enhance profitability and efficiency
Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager or similar role within a motor trade environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a service team
  • Solid understanding of aftersales performance metrics, process control, and customer care
  • A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving and service delivery
