Our Client, a busy well-established Main Car Dealership in the Slough area is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join their productive and successful team. 

Previous automotive customer facing / customer service experience is required for this position. Our Client is looking for someone with a high level of professionalism, customer focused, and who enjoys working in a busy pressurised environment.

Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:
  • Up To £34,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£46,000 OTE Potential)
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm Only
  • NO Weekends!
  • Main Car Dealership Working Environment
  • Automotive Aftersales Experience Required - Kerridge DMS Advantageous
Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Meet an greet customers in person
  • Booking customers in the diary
  • To match and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Paper work processing to brand guidelines
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
  • Previous experience within the trade
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
