Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £35,000, up to £35k depending on experience
- Achievable OTE of £38,000

- Monday to Friday working pattern, 8am to 6pm

- Manage customer service enquiries and act as the main point of contact throughout the service process
- Accurately book in vehicles, record requirements and ensure jobs are clearly planned for the workshop
- Provide helpful updates on progress, timelines and any recommended work
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and in line with dealership standards
- Support the service department with effective scheduling and communication
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealer, independent or similar workshop setting
- Strong customer service skills with the confidence to manage expectations
- Good organisational ability and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with technicians and management
- Ability to upsell or recommend additional services in a professional and helpful manner
- Relevant experience in a service administration role is essential
