  • Salary: £18,000 basic salary with an initial 3-month salary guarantee and uncapped on-target earnings around £45,000+ per annum.
  • Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 weekends (Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm). You will receive one scheduled day off in the week when you work a weekend.

Our client, a franchise-approved car dealership located in the Bridgend area, is currently recruiting a Car Sales Executive to join its Sales Department.
 
Reporting to the Car Sales Manager and working with a friendly team of 2 other Car Sales Executives, you will be required to sell new and used cars, accessories, finance, finance-related products and warranties to reach and exceed targets. You must keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. You must also explain warranty and service arrangements, introduce customers to the Service Department, demonstrate the car's features and offer any other support that may be required.
 
To be eligible, you will ideally live in the Bridgend region or within a reasonable commuting distance of Bridgend. Previous or present car sales experience is essential for our client at this stage. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential for the role.

  • Start basic salary of £18,000 per annum with an initial 3-month salary guarantee.
  • Performance-related commission earned providing an uncapped on-target earnings of around  £45,000 per annum.

  • Holiday pay is paid on a 90-day average of your wages, not at your basic salary rate.
