We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's top vehicle rental specialists for a Vehicle Technician position based in Stockport.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse range of vehicles to ensure customer safety and compliance with legal standards.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to vehicle manufacturer standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Keep up to date with the latest repair techniques and industry developments
Individual spec for a Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 2 qualified Technician with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, or fully qualified Level 3 Technician/Mechanic
  • Experience working within a fleet or commercial vehicle environment preferred
  • Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
  • Valid UK driving licence
