- Attending regular technical training sessions to keep skills current
- Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ accreditation
- Proven experience working in a franchise dealership or authorised workshop
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment

- Organised, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines
