The Successful Workshop Controller will get:
- A basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £38,500

- Assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
- The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resources of your team.
- You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times.
- Undertake maintenance, servicing and repairs when needed.
- Occasionally stand in for Aftersales Manager.
- Previous experience of working as a Workshop Controller within the Motor Trade, Senior Technicians who stand in for the Workshop Controller in their current role are welcome to apply.
- Have an enviable and proven track record of performance.
- You will have exceptional communication skills
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- The ability and willingness to lead a busy workshop team and to be able to maximise performance.
