  • Position: Fast-Fit Technician 
  • Location: Kettering 
  • Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 + bonus 
  • Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a rota

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fast-Fit Technician to join a busy and well-established automotive service centre in Kettering.

This role is ideal for a motivated technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

With ongoing investment in training and career development, this position offers genuine opportunities to progress within a growing national automotive business.

As a Fast-Fit Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of fast-fit and light mechanical repairs while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer care.

Responsibilities of a Fast-Fit Technician:
  • Tyre fitting, repairs, and wheel balancing
  • Vehicle alignment and tracking adjustments
  • Brake inspections, repairs, and replacements
  • Exhaust repairs and replacements
  • Basic vehicle servicing and maintenance
  • Completing all job documentation accurately and efficiently
Requirements of a Fast-Fit Technician:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent automotive qualification
  • Previous experience within a fast-fit, tyre-fitting, or automotive repair environment
  • Knowledge of tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension, and general vehicle servicing
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence
