We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy team in Edgware, London. If you thrive in a fast paced workshop environment and take pride in providing clear communication and excellent service, this could be the role for you.
Benefits:
- Basic salary from £33,548.00 with an OTE of up to £38,000.00
- Hourly rate from £13.69 plus bonus

- Welcome customers and act as the main point of contact throughout the service journey
- Book in vehicles, capture service requirements accurately and manage service updates
- Produce clear job cards, liaise with the workshop team and ensure work is planned efficiently
- Handle customer queries professionally, keeping expectations realistic and transparent
- Manage service administration tasks including documentation and completion of work to standard
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised, independent, or commercial environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Good organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working to process and supporting workshop productivity
- Reliable team approach and a positive attitude to learning and development
