We are recruiting for the position of Local Business Development Manager on behalf of a reputable company based in New Southgate, London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop and expand a portfolio of local business customers, specialising in B2B sales within the motor trade sector.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £25,500 per annum
  • Uncapped bonus potential, OTE up to £45,000
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • No weekend work, allowing for a healthy work-life balance

Duties:
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the local area
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local business clients
  • Prospecting and opening doors to potential customers
  • Achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and effective account management
  • Working as a true hunter, focusing on new client acquisition rather than managing existing accounts
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the automotive or related sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
