Duties:
  • Greet customers warmly and provide a professional, knowledgeable service
  • Keep customers informed and updated regarding their vehicle repairs or servicing
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the brand’s products and services through ongoing training
  • Promote additional services and repairs based on technicians’ recommendations to maximise customer satisfaction and workshop revenue
  • Efficiently schedule appointments and manage workshop bookings
  • Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and answer customer queries
  • Ensure accurate and detailed customer records within the dealership management system
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and upsell services effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience working in target-driven environments
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and teamwork
