Duties:
  • Maintain, service, and repair a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards
  • Conduct routine maintenance and complex repairs, ensuring first-time fix rates are achieved
  • Complete MOT testing in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Diagnose faults accurately and utilise problem-solving skills effectively
  • Ensure excellent communication with customers, providing outstanding service
  • Work collaboratively within a team to continually improve the customer experience
Requirements:
  • Relevant formal qualification such as City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with a reputable dealership or independent garage
  • Own set of tools to carry out repairs and diagnostics
  • Full UK driving licence to operate company and customer vehicles
