- Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and warranty repairs efficiently and safely
- Support and mentor less experienced technicians to improve team performance
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment to resolve complex vehicle issues
- Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and professionalism in all workshop activities
- Ensure accurate completion of all reports, paperwork, and documentation
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to deliver exceptional customer service
- Master Technician Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Proven experience working in a main dealership environment with a strong diagnostic and repair background
- Competence in electrical and mechanical systems, including EV and hybrid technology (preferred)
- Excellent team player with a mentor mindset, eager to share knowledge and develop others
- Strong organisational and communication skills, committed to high standards of safety and quality
