An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a successful and continually growing automotive business in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This is a key leadership position within a well-established company that is expanding its operations and looking for a driven individual who can lead performance, improve efficiencies, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across all departments.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments.
  • Managing the workshop and service centre, maximising productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Leading front-of-house operations and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
  • Taking ownership of stock control and supporting the continued growth of the mail order side of the business.
  • Monitoring KPIs, driving team performance, and implementing operational improvements.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager or in a senior automotive management role.
  • A proven track record of driving workshop performance and delivering operational improvements.
  • Strong experience managing customer service, workshop operations, and commercial performance.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a growing business.
