Our client, a reputable dealership in Redhill, Surrey, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join their busy car dealership aftersales Team. Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, acting as the friendly and knowledgeable face of the Parts Department
  • Manage parts orders from receipt through to dispatch, accurately interpreting requirements and offering advice on additional needs or alternative options
  • Maintain stock control and accurate records of parts movements in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Support sales growth by identifying opportunities for additional sales and assisting with marketing initiatives
  • Ensure the presentation and organisation of displays and work areas meet high standards
  • Assist colleagues with parts enquiries and technical support as required
  • Keep workspaces safe, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Embrace opportunities to develop technical knowledge and familiarity with in-house IT systems
Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or automotive parts sales is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proactive and motivated with the ability to work independently
  • IT literacy, with training available on in-house systems
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a positive attitude towards delivering outstanding service
