We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable car dealership in Aldershot, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for automotive professionals seeking a role with a balanced work schedule and clear career development prospects.
  • Pay: £36 k Basic + £41k+ Realistic On Target Earnings
  • Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with no weekends - our client enjoys work life balance

Duties:
  • Carry out vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
  • Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently to optimise customer satisfaction
  • Complete electronic documentation and communicate effectively with the service team
  • Stay updated with manufacturer training and vehicle technology advancements
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Mechanics or Automotive Technology
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with main dealer procedures and repair methods
