An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Van Diagnostic Technician to join a successful automotive business in Kidderminster. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys fault finding, complex diagnostics, and delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance to ensure vehicles remain safe and roadworthy.

What’s in it for you:
  • Basic salary of £37,000 with OTE up to £41,000.
  • 40-hour working week with various shift patterns available.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repair work on vans.
  • Identifying and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Completing inspections and preventative maintenance in line with manufacturer and DVSA standards.
  • Supporting with wheel alignment, tyre fitting, and general workshop duties..
What we’re looking for:
  • Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or IMI qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • Proven experience carrying out diagnostic and repair work on LCVs or passenger vehicles.
  • Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to identify worn or defective components.
  • A full UK driving licence.
