Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity to advance your career? Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their reputable team in Chingford. This is a fantastic chance to work within a well-established dealership, offering a competitive basic salary and impressive earning potential.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
  • On target earnings of up to £44,000 annually
  • Monday to Friday working week with 1 in 4 Saturdays (8.00am to 3.00pm)

Duties:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring their needs are met
  • Managing the service booking and vehicle repair process from start to finish
  • Advising customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Writing accurate and detailed job cards
  • Upselling additional services and products to maximise workshop productivity
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy dealership environment
