Looking for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Diagnostic or Master Technician to join a reputable team in Colindale, North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional seeking a role with competitive salary packages, ongoing training, and the chance to work in a well-established dealership environment.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £38,000 to £45,000 per annum plus bonus plus overtime (£50k+ Uncapped OTE) for a Diagnostic Technician
  • Basic salary of £45,000 upwards for Master Technician (Fully open to negotiation)
  • Monday to Friday working week with 42.5 hours
  • Paid overtime on Saturday mornings on a 1-in-3 rota
  • Fully funded training and development programmes
  • Opportunity for career progression within a supportive team
Duties:
  • Complete scheduled vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify vehicle faults and recommend accurate solutions
  • Perform electronic visual health checks on all vehicles and deliver detailed reports with advice to customers
  • Liaise effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure all vehicle servicing and repairs are carried out safely and to high standards
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep technical skills and product knowledge current
  • Contribute to process improvements at both local and company levels
  • Mentor apprentice technicians and provide technical guidance
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualified vehicle technician with a full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience in diagnostic procedures and vehicle servicing
  • MOT Tester certification is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to explain technical matters clearly
  • Ability to work efficiently within set deadlines
