Responsibilities of this Mobile Vehicle Technician role:
- Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance work at customer locations.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and complete repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
- Undertake warranty repairs and ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Help maintain the performance, safety, and reliability of commercial vehicle fleets.
- Build and develop strong customer relationships while acting as a professional ambassador for the business.
- Identify opportunities to grow a local customer base through networking and excellent service delivery.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety guidelines and manufacturer procedures.
Requirements as a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Prior workshop experience working on commercial vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Professional approach with a strong focus on customer service.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
