Our client, a franchise-approved car dealership based in Gloucester, is currently looking to recruit an Aftersales Manager to join their business.
Reporting to the Head of Business and responsible for a large team comprising of 7/8 productive staff, alongside 3 Service Advisors and 1 Parts Advisor, as an Aftersales Manager you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional aftersales operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour and vehicle parts/accessories.
The successful candidate will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester and have strong recent or current experience working as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a medium-to-large franchise-approved car dealership. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points.
