  • Hours: Monday to Friday + Saturday Morning Rota
Our client, a well-established Main Dealership in Shrewsbury, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation, offering a supportive working environment and genuine long-term career prospects.

What you'll be doing:
  • Welcoming customers and managing service and repair bookings
  • Providing estimates and service advice to customers
  • Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated on vehicle progress
  • Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
  • Managing invoicing and vehicle handovers
  • Promoting customer surveys and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar motor trade customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using Dealer Management Systems would be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy environment
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence
