We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional looking to progress their career within the automotive industry.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £30,000 per annum
  • OTE of approximately £40,000 including bonuses and incentives
  • Bonus structure with KPI bonuses of up to £8,400 at 100% achievement
  • Additional earning potential through per tyre sold and per Service Care sold commissions
Duties:
  • Assisting customers with vehicle service bookings and advice
  • Conducting detailed vehicle health checks and explaining repairs to customers
  • Managing workshop workflow and ensuring efficient customer service
  • Upselling suitable maintenance and repair services
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of work performed and parts used
  • Building strong customer relationships to promote repeat business
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, minimum of three years preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
