Parts Advisor Required in Guildford for Car Dealer Group
Pay: £29k Basic with £39k Realistic OTE 
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new challenge within a reputable car dealership group? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join a well-established team in Guildford due to a recent promotion internally. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career, earn a competitive salary, and enjoy rewarding incentives in a busy dealership environment.

Benefits

  • Basic salary of £29,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of £39,000
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off
  • Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Duties

  • Managing parts sales for the dealership in Guildford, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Verifying invoices and processing parts orders efficiently
  • Building strong relationships with customers and technicians
  • Maintaining stock inventory and managing parts catalogue via Kerridge drive system
  • Supporting the senior parts team and eventually progressing into a supervisory role
  • Contributing to the department’s profit targets and overall success
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or Senior Parts Advisor within a main dealer environment
  • Strong understanding of parts sales, stock management, and customer service
  • Knowledge of Kerridge drive system is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to verify invoices efficiently and provide excellent service
  • Motivated, target-driven, and able to work well within a team
