We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workshop Controller to join a reputable dealership in Watford, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a team of technicians and contribute to the efficiency and success of our client's service department.

Benefits:
  • £36,000 Basic Salary / £50,000 
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm / Saturday Rota If Needed

Duties:
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians and apprentices effectively
  • Maximise workshop productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and technical standards
  • Allocate work efficiently and manage workshop planning
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to optimise results
  • Maintain health and safety standards within the workshop
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Service Advisor, or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of workshop processes and vehicle repair procedures
  • A customer-focused approach combined with technical understanding
