An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Workshop Controller to join our client's busy team in Helston, Cornwall. This role is ideal for a motivated professional seeking to lead a team within a well-established automotive workshop environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
  • On-target earnings (OTE) approximately £37,000
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties:
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the workshop
  • Allocate work efficiently and ensure timely completion of repairs and servicing
  • Liaise with customers to provide updates and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain workshop KPIs and ensure quality standards are upheld
  • Manage labour sales to meet and exceed targets, contributing to overall workshop profitability
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar leadership role within a busy workshop environment
  • Experience in a car or commercial dealership
  • Service advisors or experienced technicians with leadership qualities may be considered
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
