Our client, an established Main Dealer in Newbury, is looking for an experienced Service Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. The successful individual will be qualified to Level 3 in Automotive Vehicle servicing and repair and have a Full UK driving licence. A positive 'can-do' attitude is a must. You will ideally live in the Newburyarea or be within a commutable distance. You will need to be a qualified vehicle technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with an MOT Tester Licence and have main dealer experience post qualification. 

Our Client is offering the successful Service Vehicle Technician:
  • £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm (42.5 Hour Week) / Saturday Morning 1 in 3 (8am - 1pm) 
  • Moving to Monday to Friday working this summer!

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
  • Carrying out Service Checks
  • Repair work
  • PDI Work
  • Ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
  • Carry out other duties as requested
What our Client expects of their Vehicle Technicians:
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualifications
  • MOT Tester Licence crucial
  • EV / Hybrid Training would be preferable 
  • Franchise Experience would be an advantage
  • You must have a good working attitude
  • Maintaining the workshop to a high standard
