We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join a well-established dealership in Helston, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced motor trade professional to enhance their career within a busy and reputable workshop environment.

  • OTE approximately £45,000 including bonuses and earning potential

Duties :
  • Carrying out vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles
  • Ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency to meet customer and dealership expectations
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines within a busy workshop environment
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and liaising effectively with team members and customers
  • Supporting the workshop in meeting productivity and efficiency targets through effective time management
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent; Level 2 individuals with extensive experience will also be considered
  • MOT Tester licence is desirable but not essential
  • Proven experience working as a vehicle technician, ideally within a dealership setting
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a focus on passenger vehicles
  • Monday to Friday from 08:45 to 17:15 with one-in-three Saturdays, 08:30 to 13:00
  • Good organisational skills and a professional attitude towards customer service and teamwork
