Are you an experienced Parts Manager seeking a new challenge within a flagship automotive site in Greenford? Our client, a leading player in the motor trade industry, is looking for a talented Parts Manager to join their large, dynamic team. This opportunity offers a generous basic salary alongside a fantastic OTE, with plenty of scope for career growth and recognition.

  • Up To £50,000 Basic Salary / £70,000 OTE

  • Opportunity to lead and develop a sizeable parts department in a flagship location
Duties:

  • Manage a diverse team to deliver significant parts sales growth and achieve margin targets
  • Build and sustain excellent relationships with new and existing customers
  • Collaborate closely with the Service department to enhance operational efficiency and maximise sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with team leaders and parts departments to manage key accounts effectively
  • Oversee department reviews and performance management
  • Represent the brand professionally, providing expert product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager within an automotive environment
  • Strong managerial skills and a solid background in parts sales and service
  • Automotive industry knowledge, particularly in commercial vehicles
  • Commercial awareness of industry standards and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
