Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for an exciting opportunity within a reputable and expanding accident repair centre in Croydon, Surrey? Our client, one of the leading bodyshop groups in the country, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their professional team. This role offers excellent earning potential, industry-leading training, and a supportive working environment.

Duties

  • Replacing or repairing damaged vehicle panels to a high standard
  • Applying paint following manufacturer’s specifications
  • Assisting with preparation, spraying, and polishing to achieve an impeccable finish
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues and discussing repair work with customers
  • Ensuring quality control and attention to detail throughout the painting process
Requirements

  • At least three years’ experience as a Paint Sprayer or similar role
  • Full relevant accreditation or ATA qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Good knowledge of vehicle prep, spray, and polish techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
  • Excellent communication skills and team attitude
