Centre Manager Opportunity Rugby
  • Basic Salary: Up to £42,000
  • OTE: £45,000+
  • Hours: 5 days a week, including Saturdays on a rota
Our client is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead a busy automotive service centre in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded leader with strong automotive knowledge to drive performance, develop a successful team and deliver first-class customer service.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the centre

What we're looking for:
  • Experience as a Manager within the automotive industry
  • Strong commercial and leadership skills
  • Good technical or mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
