Our client, one of the UK's leading accident repair groups, is looking to recruit an experienced Panel Beater to join their busy bodyshop in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern repair centre offering excellent earning potential, uncapped bonus opportunities, and ongoing training within a supportive team environment.
  • Panel Beater Location: Leicester
  • Salary: Up to £24.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Bonus
  • Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week | Monday to Friday | Flexible Start & Finish Times Between 7:30am – 5:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities as a Panel Beater:
  • Carry out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer standards
  • Assess vehicle damage and determine the most effective repair methods
  • Remove, repair, and refit body panels and associated components
  • Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
  • Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
  • Ensure the workshop is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional repair quality and customer satisfaction
What Our Client Expects from Their Panel Beaters:
  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician within a bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of panel repair and replacement techniques
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
  • ATA, NVQ, IMI, or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
