- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive vehicle sales performance and maximise profitability of the dealership
- Maintain an effective customer and sales diary system to ensure high levels of customer engagement
- Collaborate closely with the service department to meet customer requirements efficiently
- Organise and represent the dealership at off-site promotional and sales events
- Monitor sales processes, customer satisfaction, and team performance to uphold high standards
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a General Sales Manager within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to deliver sales growth and meet targets
- Full UK driving licence (provisional licences cannot be considered due to insurance criteria)
