- Salary: £33,000 basic salary with £50,000+ uncapped annual on-target earnings based on monthly sales performance, and an end-of-year profit-related bonus.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will receive a fully equipped demonstrator vehicle with a fuel allowance and will be expected to travel to end-users either at their home address, a mobility store, or a car dealership, to demonstrate and explain the benefits of the range of vehicle adaptations that our client offers. This usually averages 2/3 appointments per day. You will assess the individual customer needs, taking into account all of the requirements and abilities, in order to be able to prescribe the best solution for each customer and complete all associated paperwork accurately and in the required timescales. This role will require travel around South Wales and Bristol, with a willingness to cover neighbouring areas during holiday periods. You will also be required to attend shows and exhibitions when required.
To be eligible, our client is looking for the following:
- Live in a central location to the region you cover (ideally Cardiff/Newport or somewhere with good access to the M4 motorway).
- Understand the technical aspects of vehicle adaptations (a level of self-learning is expected in addition to comprehensive training provided).
- Capable of demonstrating the products effectively and comfortably in a manner that gives the customer the level of confidence they need.
- Hold excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service experience, being able to demonstrate empathy with our client's customers, understanding their needs, and delivering the right solution.
- IT literacy with competency in MS Office Suite.
- Be highly organised and self-motivated, given you will work independently day-to-day.
- Have a UK driving licence with minimal points.
