Service Manager / Front Of House Manager Required for Car Garage in Dulwich 

Pay: Up to £40,000 Basic 
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings on a rota 
  We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager / FOH Manager to join a well-established car garage in Dulwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual looking to advance their career within a busy, customer-focused environment. The successful individual will be responsible for managing the front of house operations, overseeing customer interactions, and ensuring service standards are met.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 per annum
  • OTE of £40,000 with potential for performance-based bonuses
  • Working hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • Rotational Saturday mornings, approximately once every two weeks

Duties:
  • Lead and manage the front of house team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service
  • Oversee workshop operations and liaise with technicians and service advisors
  • Manage service booking schedules and ensure timely completion of work
  • Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with training and mentoring staff as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar senior customer service role within an automotive workshop or dealership
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Local individuals within 5 miles of Dulwich preferred
