- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm (40 hours per week) + 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am – 12:00pm

- Preparing job cards and raising invoices in line with work carried out and manufacturer guidelines using Kerridge DMS and customer authorisation platforms
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries
- Assisting customers on the Service Reception counter
- Liaising with the team of technicians
- Managing the workshop workload in line with customer expectations
- Managing day-to-day service bookings
- Liaising with subcontractors to arrange work and chasing updates where required
- Keeping customers informed of progress, costs and authorisations
- Completing estimates accurately and efficiently
- Booking vehicles into the service department while ensuring efficient workshop loading
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational and administrative abilities
- Ability to work in a busy service department
- Experience using Kerridge DMS is advantageous
