Our client, a well-established main dealership in Nottingham, is looking to recruit a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their busy and successful parts department. What you'll be doing:
  • Supplying vehicle parts and accessories to both retail and trade customers
  • Assisting the workshop team with parts identification and ordering
  • Processing customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face
  • Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records
  • Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
  • Identifying and sourcing parts using manufacturer systems
  • Ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times
  • Supporting the department in achieving sales and customer service targets
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within an automotive parts environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate with experience using parts catalogues and dealer management systems advantageous
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
